The different cultures of the world all laugh in the same language but celebrate, eat, and give honor to Life in so many beautiful and different ways! Here you will find stories, pictures, tips and tricks that I’ve learned during my travels around Asia and North America. I’ll be sharing my insights into the different cultural and religious beliefs and practices I’ve participated in abroad. As well as fun facts and things to note!
THe WORLD IS FULL OF AMAZING HUMANS
The beautiful thing about being hungry & humble is you never know who you’re gonna meet or what impact that person will have on your life or you on theirs! Kindred souls or people we “vibe” with can be found almost anywhere. You just have to have an open mind and an open heart! Being hungry for connection and maintaining a humble attitude will attract some of the most beautiful, kind-hearted, and compassionate people you may ever meet.
Meeting new people and building bonds with them is probably my favorite thing about travelling! Every person on this planet is unique; with their own stories and cultural backgrounds, their personal dreams and beliefs. It’s truly amazing getting to know other people and realizing that maybe we aren’t so different after all. I believe every person on this planet can teach us something, at least one thing in life. We just have to be willing to listen; to take the time to stop and ask, or create a warm and inviting space to allow others to open up.
Kindred Souls
Sometimes you meet someone and immediately there is a spark! You both don’t know what it is but it’s almost like you’ve known each other your entire lives but don’t have any “photographs” together. I like to think we have many different soul mates or spiritual bonds that have existed over many lifetimes and meeting a stranger you click instantly with is some strange proof of that.
